Update Programs

To start downloading and updating your VAIO, check the boxes in front of the programs you want to install and click Update Now.

Automatic Updates

The following programs are automatically downloaded and installed by single operation.

Manual Updates

The following programs are only downloaded. After downloading the programs by clicking the Update Now button, see the installation instructions shown by clicking the program titles and manually install the programs.
Updates are downloaded in the following folder: C:\Update.

Update programs which have been already installed

Icons Description

	Critical information and updates such as antivirus and security fixes.
	Update programs which have been already downloaded. Finish the installation by following the Installation Instructions shown when clicking the program name.
	Update programs which have been already downloaded but the system cannot determine if they have been installed or not.
	Update programs which require to be installed exclusively (Single Installation).
